From 1992 to 1994, Craig David was married to Fiona Loudon. They have a daughter together. Until 2001, he was in a relationship with Heike Makatsch. He was also in a relationship with Satsuki Mitchell for five years. In 2011, he married Rachel Weisz.
In 2012, he took part in the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in London. Craig has been associated with several charities and was also appointed as the global advocate for eliminating mines and explosive hazards by the United Nations.
