Crystal Hefner was married to her late husband, Hugh Hefner, who passed on in 2017. In 2009, the two started being together through a romantic relationship. Later on, in December 2010, the lovely couple got engaged and were set of marriage.
The couple tied the knot on the 31st of December 2012 when the crystal was just 26years old, whereas her husband at 86 years old. Even though they had no child together, Hefner had four children from his previous two marriages.
Apart from her relationship with Hefner, Crystal has no other reported relationships with another boyfriend. In 2016, she sadly revealed that she was had the Lyme disease and was battling it as well as toxic mold; however, she knew later her symptoms were due to Breast implant illness.
