Brad Korn is the head coach at Southeast Missouri State, earning an annual salary of $200,000. He is currently in his third year as head coach.

His leadership has helped the Southeast Redhawks win the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament title in his third season by defeating Tennessee Tech 89-82 in overtime on March 4, 2023.

Before Korn’s arrival, Missouri State had recorded 21 losing seasons. However, with the help of his talented staff and previous coaching experience, Korn helped the team to become a winner.

He has coached several All-Missouri Valley winners, including Dequon Miller, who was named the MVC’s newcomer of the year, and Jarmar Gulley, who was selected for the second team.

The average annual earnings of a men’s assistant coach is $49,556, and for a women’s team assistant coach, it is $29,309.

According to Brady Barke, the athletic director at Southeast Missouri, Korn has signed a five-year contract through the 2024-25 season.

Rick Ray, the previous head coach of the Southeast Redhawks, had a base salary of $132,000, which increased to $175,000 in the 2016-17 season.
