Christopher married Diane Lane in October 1988, and later they got divorced in the year 1994. They also have a daughter together named Eleanor Jasmine.
Later Chris was married to Jaiymse Halt on February 6, 1999, and he was then in a relationship with Sophie Marceau. They both appeared together in La disparue de Deauville. But their relationship didn’t last long as they announced their separation on July 11, 2014.
It is also reported Christopher has myopia, and he cannot see without the help of his glasses. He also cannot wear contact lenses, so sometimes he suffers from injuries during the shoot of his scenes.
