Charles Glass is an American former professional bodybuilder and current personal trainer. He is famously known as the Godfather of Bodybuilding and an IFBB World Champion. The Godfather of Bodybuilding subsequently switched lanes and transitioned to coaching professional bodybuilders. He has trained celebrity bodybuilders, like Courtney King, Angelica Teixeira, Flex Wheeler, Steve Cook, Paul Dillett, Dexter Jackson, Shawn Rhoden, Gunter Schlierkamp, Chris Cormier, and Kai Greene.
