Caryn was married to her husband Jeff Zucker from 1996 to 2018. They met while both were working at NBC when Jeff was executive producer of NBC’s ” Today” Show and Caryn was a supervisor at SNL. According to the NY Times wedding announcement, they were married in a lavish ceremony at the Pierre Hotel in 1996. . Rabbi Amy Ehrlich performed the ceremony. Their union has produced three sons, and one daughter: Peter, Andrew, William, and Elizabeth.
When her husband, Jeff was 31, three months after his marriage to Caryn, he was diagnosed with colon cancer. Three years later cancer returned and doctors had to take out as much of his colon as possible. With so much of the organ removed, Zucker suffers from chronic dehydration, which causes bouts of kidney stones and gout.
