John Van T Schip was born in Canada but equally has feelings for the Netherlands.
Schip was most recently the Greek national football team manager, a position he held since July of this year.
He has previously managed PEC Zwolle in the Netherlands and Melbourne City FC in Australia, among other clubs.
John is married to a dutch celebrity and writer Danielle T Schip. The couple does not have children as of now.
Schip speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and his native Dutch.
Van was a member of the Dutch squad in the 1983 FIFA World Youth Championship.
He earned 41 caps and scored two goals for his country.
Schip’s first appearance was against Scotland in April 1986, and his final match was against Belarus in a Euro qualifying match in June 1995.
